Enter to win a Signature Nutrition Counseling package with the Brittany Jones Nutrition Group!

Signature Nutrition Counseling includes:

1. One (1) 60-minute initial nutrition coaching session

2. One (1) 30 minute follow-up nutrition coaching session for continued education and accountability

3. One (1) goal check in in-between sessions via Healthie for accountability

4. Unlimited email access for questions during your package (max 4 weeks)

5. Option to add on additional follow up sessions after completing the signature counseling package (View Details)

Rules:

1. Must be 18 or older to enter

2. Must be a current/active patient at Thrive Family Medicine

3. Deadline for entries is 2/29/20

4. One winner will be chosen at random during the first week of March and will be notified by Thrive Family Medicine staff. In the event winner is unable to be reached after 2 weeks, we will randomly select another winner.
