Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email or text with a link to initiate your Telemedicine appointment.
During the COVID-19 crisis, most insurance carriers are allowing/covering telemedicine visits, but copays and deductibles may still apply. Please check with your insurance provider to see what their policy is.
Telemedicine visits are conducted through your camera-enabled computer or camera-enabled smartphone. Instructions will be provided prior to your appointment.
Medication Refills – includes controlled medications, but patient must be seen in person every other visit (or as deemed appropriate by provider on case-by-case basis)
Acute Illnesses – includes illnesses such as: allergies, bladder infection, upper respiratory or sinus infection, throat infection, flu, stomach virus, pink eye, minor burns, back pain, sprains/strains, skin conditions
Psychiatric Conditions – includes depression, anxiety, ADHD
Medicare Annual Wellness Visit
Follow up of Chronic Medical Conditions – when deemed appropriate by provider
Review of Labs or Imaging Results
